Womens Cross Country improves times at Highlander Invitational
Newark, NJ - Women's Cross Country improves times at Highlander Invitational
The Clippers women's cross country team traveled to the Highlander Invitational meet hosted by NJIT. The Clippers ran their best race so far as each of them improved their 5k time this season.
Emily Ringleberg came in in 21st place with a time of
22:22.57. Kelly Moran was behind just 26 seconds in
25th place. Liz Garcia improved to 23:14.21 which
was good for 32nd. Cristhal Carrero also improved
her time to 26:36.79 cutting over two minutes off of last weeks
meet. Thania Castaneda rounded out the Clippers team with an
improved time of 27:28.51.
The Clippers finished 9th overall for the meet. They will race next at the Haverford Invitational in Havertown, PA.
