Clippers place 4th in Women’s Cross Country

Bronx, NY - Clippers place 4^th in Women's Cross Country

The Clippers women's cross country team placed 4^th in the Stevens Tech Invitational yesterday. 

Kelly Moran led the Clippers with a 6k run of 24:50.96, which was good for 23^rd position.  Emily Ringelberg was next in for the Clippers in 26^th place with a 26:05.08 run.  Liz Garcia came in 39^th position with a 6k of 29:29.53.  Cristhal Carrero and Thania Castaneda rounded out the Clippers run with 31:02.30 and 32:51.97 times respectively. 

The women's cross country team will head to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to get a sneak peak at their conference championship course as they run the Belmont Classic on Saturday, October, 3, 2009.
