Bronxville, NY – Concordia College women’s tennis player Yuliya Plevako (Astana, Kazakhstan) has been voted to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Capital One Academic All-District ® First Team.

No. 35 Clippers Eliminated from NCAA Championship by No. 28 Queens, 5-4
Easton, MA – The thirty-fifth ranked Concordia College Clippers women's tennis team were unable to come away with a victory against the twenty-eight ranked Queens College Knights on Tuesday afternoon, falling 5-4. With the loss Concordia ends the season with an 11-2 record while the Knights improve to 18-1 and advance to the Round of 16 in Louisville, KY.

No. 35 Concordia Edges Stonehill in First Round of NCAA Championship, 5-3
Easton, MA – The thirty-fifth ranked Concordia College Clippers women's tennis team captured a 5-3 victory over Stonehill College at the first round of the NCAA Championship on Monday afternoon. The Clippers survived a comeback effort by the Skyhawks to advance to the second round match.

No. 35 Clippers Enter NCAA Championships as Fourth Seed within the East Region
Indianapolis – The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) announced the 48 team field for the 2012 Division II Women's Tennis Championship on Tuesday evening. The 35th-ranked Concordia College Clippers were named the No.4 seed within the East Region.

Clippers Fall at Home to Indiana (PA) for First Loss, 6-3
Bronxville, NY – The twenty-seventh ranked Concordia College Clippers women's tennis team played in a non-conference match on Sunday afternoon at the Meyers Tennis Center. The Clippers battled the twenty-ninth ranked Indiana University (PA) Crimson Hawks as Concordia would suffer their first loss of the season, 6-3.

Concordia Ranked 25th in ITA’s Preseason National Rankings
Bronxville, NY – The Concordia College Clippers women's tennis team have been ranked #25 in the nation and #2 in the East Region by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) in their preseason rankings. The rankings take into account only NCAA Division II member institutions.

The Concordia College Clippers women's tennis captured their third straight Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship title this afternoon. The #1 seeded Clippers won 5-2 over the #3 Goldey-Beacom College in a rematch of the 2009 and 2010 championship matches.

Concordia Looks for Third Straight CACC Women's Tennis Championship
Concordia College will be looking for its third consecutive Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Women’s Tennis Tournament Championship as the 2011 tournament gets underway this weekend. The tournament will be hosted by the Clippers on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 22-23. Concordia will face No. 4 Holy Family University Saturday at 10:00 am, while No. 2 Chestnut Hill College will meet No. 3 Goldey-Beacom College. Sunday’s championship match is slated for noon.
