Concordia Women's Tennis Ranked 26th in Country in Final ITA Rankings of the Year

The Concordia College NY Women's Tennis Team was recently ranked 26th in the Country and 2nd in the East Region in the season's last rankings from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).

The Clippers finished out their 2010-2011 season with an 18-3 overall record. The team won their second consecutive CACC Championship back in October 2010 and in the spring headed to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth straight year. Concordia reached the Quarterfinals (elite eight) for the second time in three years to finish their season.

Ola Roberts and Yuliya Plevako are the two lone members of the Womens' Tennis team that have also been ranked. The pair have been ranked 22nd in the country and #1 in the East Region in doubles. Roberts is ranked #2 in the East Region, while Plevako is ranked #7 in the Region in singles play.
