Roberts Selected CACC Women's Tennis Player of the Year

Ola Roberts, a senior from Bucharest, Romania, has been selected as CACC Player of the Year for Women's Tennis.

Roberts is undefeated this year in dual matches with a 9-0 singles record and a 6-0 record in doubles. Roberts and her partner, Yuliya Plevako, finished in 6th place at the ITA National Doubles Championship in Mobile, Alabama. Roberts and Plevako garnered the trip as they won the ITA East Regional Doubles Championship in September.

Along with the CACC Player of the Year honor, Roberts also earned a First Team All-CACC honor as well. Joining Roberts on the All-CACC front are three of her teammates.

Yuliya Plevako, Adeline Brennan and Maria Ortiz all earned Second Team All-CACC for this season. This marks Brennan's and Plevako's second All-CACC honor while Ortiz earns this for the first time.

The Clippers will play for their second straight CACC Tournament Championship on Saturday, October 23rd at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA as they take on the Goldey-Beacom College Lightning at 1:00pm.
