Clippers Championship Women’s Tennis Team to be honored
Bronxville, NY - Clippers Championship Women's Tennis Team to be honored
On Tuesday, December 8th the Concordia College NY
Clippers Women's Tennis Team will be honored for their recent CACC
Championship. The team will be honored during the Women's and
Men's Basketball double header with Felician College that
night. Before the men's basketball game CACC Women's Tennis
Player of the Year Cristina Oliveira will throw the 
honorary jump ball to kick off the home conference opener for our
basketball teams.
The Concordia Women's Tennis teams won their first CACC Championship with a 5-3 win over conference foe Goldey-Beacom College last October. Along with the team win and Oliveira's honor, Junior Ola Roberts was named Rookie of the Year, and Freshman Yuliya Plevako, Sophomore Maria Ortiz, and Junior Adeline Brennan were also named to the 2009 All-CACC team.
The ceremony is scheduled for 7:00pm.
