Women’s Tennis Sweeps CACC Weekly Honors For the Second Straight Week

Bronxville, NY - Ola Roberts and Yuliya Plevako earned weekly honors from the CACC.

Ola Roberts, a freshman from Romania, earned Player of the Week from the CACC. Roberts went undefeated on the week in both singles and doubles. In her singles match against the 2008 CACC Individual Champion, she registered a straight set 6-1;6-1 victory.

Yuliya Plevako, a freshman from Astana, Kazakhstan, earned the Rookie of the Week from the CACC for the week ending September 27, 2009. Plevako had very little trouble in the #3 singles and #2 doubles position this week. She dropped only two games in three singles matches during the week.
