Plevako takes CACC Player and Rookie of the Week
Bronxville, NY - Yuliya Plevako earns CACC Player and Rookie of the Week
Yuliya Plevako, a freshman from Astana, Kazakhstan, earned the CACC
Player and Rookie of the Week for the week ending October
18th. This honor is Yuliya's first Player of the
Week and third Rookie of the Week from the CACC.
Plevako helped lead the Clippers to the CACC Team Championship last week. She combined to go 4-0 in singles and in doubles. Plevako moved up to #1 singles and doubles for the Championship match against Goldey-Beacom College. She notched a 6-0;6-0 win in the singles match and 8-4 win in the doubles match with partner Maria Ortiz.
