Women’s Tennis Sweeps CACC Weekly Honors For the Third Straight Week

Bronxville, NY - Cristina Oliveira and Yuliya Plevako earned weekly honors from the CACC.

Cristina Oliveira, a senior from Port Allegre, Brazil, earned Player of the Week from the CACC for the second time this season. Oliveira went undefeated last week in both singles and doubles play. After last weeks fixtures she stands at 9-0 overall and 7-0 in CACC competition in both singles and doubles.

Yuliya Plevako, a freshman from Astana, Kazakhstan, earned the Rookie of the Week from the CACC for the second straight week. Plevako finished the week undefeated in both No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles, winning in straight sets in every match.
