Bronxville, NY - Clippers try to fight off Tigers but fall in the end

The Concordia College Clippers hosted the Holy Family University Tigers this afternoon.  Though the Tigers scored first the Clippers were prepared for the battle.  Both team went back and forth for the first ten minutes of the half.  The Tigers though were the first to break away and controlled the rest of the half.  The Clippers found themselves down in the trenches 14-40 to the Tigers at intermission.

The Clippers came out in the second half fighting for everything.  The Tigers however kept the Clippers far back with their lead.  The Clippers tried to cut their deficit but found it was too great and the Clippers fell, 37-71.

The Clippers will next play on Thursday at 5:00pm as they host Dominican College.
