Kathy Laoutaris began her coaching career at Concordia College in the fall of 1993. Upon completing her Bachelor's Degree in Education in 1993, Kathy took over as Head Coach.  Coach Laoutaris played for the Clippers where she received 1st team All-Conference recognition for her play at 3rd base.  Kathy was also team captain for 2 of her 4 seasons.  Kathy is determined to take the Clippers to the top of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference.
