Kathy Laoutaris is in her 18th year as Head Coach for the Softball team in the 2011-12 academic year.

She joined the coaching staff in 1993 after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Concordia. While at Concordia, Laoutaris played third base and received 1st team All-Conference recognition during her senior year. Kathy was a team captain during her junior and senior seasons.

In her coaching career, Laoutaris has accumulated a 154-344-1 (.310) record at Concordia. She was named CACC Coach of the Year for Softball in 2011 and led the Clippers to the CACC Tournament in 2010 and 2011.
