Rachel Cannata Garners Second CACC Rookie of the Week

Rachel Cannata was named CACC Rookie of the Week for the week ending April 10th.  This is the second Rookie of the Week honor for Cannata as she earned her first on March 7th. 

Cannata hit .400 at the plate this past week including a pair of home runs in a win over Felician while driving in five runs.   She posted seven RBI's and had three runs scored for 4-0 week for the Clippers. 

From the circle Cannata went a complete game shutout to pick up the win in game one at the University of the Sciences over this past weekend. 

Cannata's teammate Dena Frederick picked up an honorable mention for the week from the CACC for her efforts at the plate.  She hit .600 in the 4-0 week including 3 runs scored and 3 RBI's.
