Bronxville, NY - Concordia Softball Loves the Yankees
The Concordia College Softball team traveled last Friday to the streets of New York City to support the newly crowned World Champions of Baseball the 2009 New York Yankees. After the 4-2 series win over the Philadelphia Phillies the city of New York was able to celebrate after nine long years.
With thousands of people lining the streets to get a glimpse of the World Series trophy and the World Champions the Concordia College Softball team waited and were right in the front of the line to cheer on their favorite Major League Baseball team, the New York Yankees.
