Bronx, NY - Clippers Men's Cross Country kicks off season at the Meet of Champions

The Concordia College (NY) men's cross country team opened their season at the Meet of Champions in Van Cortlandt Park.

The Clippers were led by Brandon Whittaker who came in the 8k (5 miles) run with a time of 29:01.00. Michael Valdovinos was in next for the Clippers with a time of 29:28.06. Samuel Batista finished his 8k with a time of 29:36.09. Karim Belhadi rounded out the Clippers with a time of 29:51.49.

The Clippers will next run at Stevens Tech on September 25, 2009.
