Clippers Finish Fall Ranked 32nd in Division II

National Rankings

East Region Rankings

Bronxville, NY - The Fall Rankings were released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) this past week and the Clippers were ranked 32nd in the nation. Concordia also is the top ranked program in the East Region, as determined by the ITA.

The Clippers return 4 players from last season's team that reached the Round of 16 in the NCAA Division II Men's Tennis Tournament in Kansas City, Missouri. Concordia is led by junior Rodrigo Teixeira (Vitoria, Brazil), who is currently ranked 34th in the nation and 4th in the East Region in the latest ITA rankings. Junior John Cassas (Bogota, Columbia) and Teixeira are currently ranked 5th in the East Region in doubles competition. Freshman Nik Boerger (Muenster, Germany) finishes the fall season ranked 13th in the East Region.
