Coach Pennetti hosts free soccer clinics for the community

Bronxville, NY - Coach Pennetti, the head men's soccer coach for Concordia College (NY), hosted two free soccer clinics for kids ages 4 through 10. The first of the two were for the youngest members to the soccer world, ages 4 to 6. The latter was for those a little more experienced, ages 7 to 10.

With each of the clinics the kids were put into groups and matched with a couple of the men's and women's soccer players from the Clippers. The kids were taught the fundamentals of ball handling, dribbling, and passing, and of course shooting the ball at the net for a goal. Each of these skills were taught to the kids in the atmosphere of fun games and activities.

Coach Pennetti is also bringing the Pennetti Soccer Academy to the college in the fall for soccer clinics each week. In the clinics, Coach Pennetti and his staff will be teaching kids of all ages more of the basics of the game of soccer all while having fun.
