Men's Soccer Announces 2009 Schedule

Bronxville, NY - The Concordia College men's soccer team has released their schedule for the upcoming 2009 season. The Clippers will have a total of 18 games this season, with 5 contests coming at Holtdorff Soccer Field.

The Clippers will begin the season at the Stonehill Kick-off Tournament in Easton, MA on Friday, August 28^th. Concordia will match up against the Golden Knights of the College of Saint Rose on Friday before taking on the host Skyhawks on Saturday afternoon.

The Clippers will have non-conference road contests at the University of New Haven, Mercy College and the University of Bridgeport in September and will take to the road against the New York Institute of Technology and LIU - C.W. Post in October.

Concordia will have four of their five home contests in during the month of September. The first home contest will be on Saturday, September 12^th against the Lightning of Goldey-Beacom College. It will be "Welcome to the CACC Day," as the Clippers have joined the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. The remaining home games will be against Bloomfield College, Caldwell College, Chestnut Hill College and Felician College.

The CACC tournament will begin on Monday, November 2^nd and will be hosted by Wilmington University in New Castle, DE.
