HANOVER, N.H. – The Concordia College men's golf team traveled to the Hanover Country Club for the two-day Penmen Fall Invitational hosted by Southern N.H. University. After round one on Monday, the Clippers are T-8th out of 14 programs.
Concordia is tied with Saint Anselm and Providence with a 289 (+13) as Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) foe Post University tops all of the teams with a 276 (E). Freshman Minwoo Park (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) and junior Evan Hong (Houston, Texas) both shot a 71 (+2) to led the Clippers as 81 total participants are in the field for the event.
Senior Chartpetch Bangpetch (Chonburi, Thailand) carded a 73 (+4) to currently sit T-37th while junior Kanoon Bunthanawong (Chonburi, Thailand) finished a stroke behind with a 74 (+5) in T-46th. Sophomore Tyler Lanza (New Milford, Conn.) rounded out the scores for Concordia as his 76 (+7) has him T-55th.
The Clippers will conclude their visit at the Penman Fall Invitational tomorrow back at the Hanover Country Club.
