Clippers finish third in Nyack College Fall Tournament
The Clippers went ot Walkill Golf Course this past weekend as they competed in the Nyack College Fall Tournament. The Clippers finished out the two day tournament with a team score of 608 placing them in third place for the event.
As the team placed third each of the member of the team finished in the top twenty individuals. Sam Deitte came out on top for the Clippers finishing in a tie for third place overall. Sam shot just one over par in his first round and then followed that up with going just three over in the second round. His combined score of 148 placed him up on the leader board earning him All-Tounament honors.
Kyle Grandilli came in a tie for 10th for the tournament. After a day one score of 78, Grandilli improved shooting a 75 for day two. Jeffrey Schaller also placed in a tie for 10th along side Grandilli. Schaller shot his 75 on day one and shot a 78 on day two.
Lorenx Kolmeder came in 17th overall in the tournament. Kolmeder's best day was his 75 first round.
Finishing out the Clippers line-up is Will Deitte, who had his
best rounds to date. Will shot an 84 for day one and then
improved on day two with a 79 placing him in a tie for
19th.
