Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Morris puts up 24 as Clippers face a Shark attack
The Clippers headed to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to face off against
the Nova Southeastern University Sharks tonight. The Clippers
went into battle with the Sharks in just the first few minutes of
the game. Battling up and down the court the Clippers
continuously kept on the Sharks tail to keep them from taking to
much of a lead. By the end of the half the Clippers trailed
the Sharks 32-42.
The Clippers stepped up their game in the second half shooting
better and going head on with the Sharks. The Sharks however
took control of the game and stretched their lead out. The
Clippers attempting to get back into the game but the Sharks attack
was too much for the Clippers to sail forward and they fell 70-87.
Lavor Morris led the Clippers fight with 24 points as Argelix Gil
added 18 points and 9 rebounds. Will Eason got up with 19
rebounds leading the Clippers defensively.
The Clippers will head to Lynn University tomorrow for a 7:30pm game.
