Boca Raton, FL - Clippers fall in southern heat to the Knights

The Clippers finished out their Florida trip with a match-up with the Lynn University Knights.  The Knights took the first lead over the Clippers to start the game.  The Clippers battled with the Knights throughout the first half.  Though the Clippers battled tough the Knights stretched out their lead to 39-24 by the end of the first half.

The Clippers attempted to cut the lead in the second half that the Knights held over them.  The Knights pushed back and kept the Clippers at bay in the second half and maintained their lead through the second half.  The Clippers unfortunately fell to the knights 75-58.

Damjan Toljan led the charge for the Clippers offensively with 17 points.  Will Eason came up big with 15 points and 8 rebounds, leading the Clippers defensively.

The Clippers will head to Southern New Hampshire University just shortly after the new year for a non-conference match-up.
