Zach is the son of Catherine and William (deceased) and brother of Taylor and Sadie, both serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was all league in both his junior and senior year of high school, earning his letter at Hendrick Hudson HS. Played with the Spartenburg Crickets this past summer in Spartenburg, SC and was chosen as one of the top 10 prospects on the Southern Collegiate League in Baseball America. Zach is co-captain for the Clippers and resides in Verplanck, NY.
