ECC Winter and Spring Scholar Athletes Announced

Central Islip, NY - The East Coast Conference announced the 2007-2008 Winter and Spring Scholar Athlete of the Year Honorees and Scholar Athlete Honor Roll. Four Concordia College student-athletes were selected to the Honor Roll for their efforts in the classroom and in athletic copmetition.

Sophomore Dana Rommel (Staten Island, NY) from the women's basketball team, junior Julie Walsh (Bellerose, NY) from the softball team, sophomore T.J. Walsh (Eastchester, NY) from the baseball team and sophomore Henning Ruenz (Muelheim-Kaerlich, Germany) from the men's tennis team were all selected for the prestigious award.
