Clippers Hire Brian Snow as Sports Information/Community Engagement Director

Bronxville, N.Y. - Director of Athletics, Ivan Marquez, has named Brian Snow as the new Sports Information/Community Engagement Director at Concordia College (N.Y.). He officially began his duties on Aug. 1, 2011.

Snow worked the past two seasons as an intern in the Sports Information department at Division III Thomas College in Waterville, Maine while pursuing his undergraduate degree. When he started, Thomas did not have a Sports Information Director and he was tasked with all operations for the Terriers 13 sports. In 2010, Snow trained Thomas' new Sports Information Director in preparation for the following seasons after he would graduate.

"I am very excited for this great opportunity to work at Concordia and promote their athletic department," Snow said. "From the moment I first walked on campus, I have been welcomed by a very passionate staff. I want to thank Ivan for this great opportunity to join the Clippers staff."

"I am convinced that Snow brings a tremendous level of enthusiasm and initiative making him a wonderful addition to our staff," stated Marquez.

In May of 2011, Snow graduated from Thomas College with a Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management. He was a member of the men's lacrosse team for one season playing midfield. Last season he served as the men's lacrosse team manager.

Snow is currently a member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and the United States Golf Association (USGA). He is a native of Ludlow, Vt. and will reside in Bronxville.
